YES MA'AM: Sgt. Diana Demont's 35 episodes, and what they cost

The recruit and the sergeant

The military base sets a strict hierarchy, and Diana Demont sits near the top of it. Her choosing the lowest recruit breaks every rule of that world.

Episodes 1 and 2

Free: the mud, the rescue and the claim. Episode 1 needs no account.

Episodes 3 to 35

Thirty-three locked stops at 12 tokens each. Episode 3 is the first one you pay for.

Is the long run worth it?

The locked part costs 396 tokens, about four Premium months, but it is cheap per episode, so watch a few at a time.

Where to watch YES MA'AM, and on what

YES MA'AM plays in the Candy AI web player. A phone browser shows it full height, the way it was shot; a laptop shows the same vertical frame in the middle of the screen. Nothing needs installing.

Subtitles come in English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Japanese, and you can switch language from the player while an episode runs.

Before you press play

• Press play on episode 1 straight away; the free account only matters once you want episode 2.
• Count your tokens: at 12 per locked episode, a Premium month of 100 tokens pays for 8 of them.
• Set the subtitle language in the player before you start; seven are offered.
• Skip the "full episode" uploads. They are trailers or bait, as our leaks page shows.
• Card statements show EverAI, the company behind Candy AI; our safety page covers billing and cancelling.
